Terms and Conditions (GTC) Short Term Rental "Greenments, Apartments for Leisure and Work" These terms and conditions are part of any agreement regarding the rental of apartments at "Greenments". The undersigned of the rental agreement agrees to these terms and conditions by a separate note.
1 Description of the short-term rental and the scope of services
The service of the landlord consists in an intact and furnished apartment. For the rental period guests will receive once bedding, sheets, sheets, a towel, a bath towel, shower mat and 2 tea towels. For an additional charge, the laundry will of course be changed at the request of the guest. All apartments have a separate bedroom, bathroom with shower and an eat-in kitchen.3 apartments are additionally equipped with a sofa bed. The journey is daily i.d.R. from 15:00 to 20:00, departure by 10:00 at the latest to allow final cleaning. If you require other arrival / departure times, please contact us before arrival.
2 prices
The prices vary between apartment and number of persons. The prices include the statutory VAT of 7%, or 19%. The arrival day is the first rental day, the departure day is the last. The additional costs for electricity, water and heating are included in the price. Free Wi-Fi is available. The final cleaning will be charged extra and paid on departure. A laundry room with washer and dryer can be used for a fee.
3 Booking procedure and effect
The guest makes a booking request for an apartment for a certain period of time. The number and names of the persons who would like to rent from us must be indicated. The booking can be made in writing or by phone. After the booking request, the availability for the apartment will be checked and a written confirmation of the booking will be sent. An overnight stay of unregistered persons is not allowed, and will be charged later.
4 Cancellation of the booking
Free cancellation is only possible 14 days prior to arrival. If canceled too late, the full cost will be charged. It is therefore advisable to take out travel cancellation insurance. Shortened the guest the booked period, he has no claim to reduction. If the landlord for unforeseen reasons, the apartment can not rent, the guest gets the full amount refunded.
5 Handover, acceptance and liability in case of damage Upon arrival
The guest will receive a key for the front door from the host. In case of loss, the guest will come to replace the locking system. The inventory must be handled with care, and only be used in the apartments. Everything was checked before the guest moved in, including the functions of the electrical appliances. Should the guest find defects on arrival, have a complaint, or notice something unpleasant, please inform the administration immediately. For damage in the apartment or inventory, as well as missing inventory, the guest is liable.
6 duties and rights of the guests
The entire interior of the complex is absolutely no smoking. For this the balconies / terraces can be used. To protect people with allergies, we do not allow pets. Please separate the garbage. For this purpose, garbage cans are available in the outdoor area. When leaving the apartment please pay attention to closed windows. Also always close the front door. If the windows are open in the event of a storm, and the guest is not present, the landlord has the right to close the windows without notice. The landlord may enter the apartments to avoid possible damage. The apartments must be left neat on the day of departure. Please pay attention to empty garbage containers and empty refrigerators.
7 Data exchange and data protection
Guests must confirm their personal details upon arrival in the apartments upon presentation of the identity card. The landlord undertakes to process this data, as well as the booking and billing data, exclusively for the processing of short-term leases, as proof to state offices and possibly for liability issues and to treat in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act.
